Coder is on a mission to build the best products available for developers.

Coder

Employee count: 51-200

Salary: 101k-173k USD

United States only

Coder is on a mission to build enterprise software that makes software developers’ lives easier and keeps them in flow. Our cloud development environment enables customers to securely spin up ephemeral workspaces where developers and AI coding agents can do real work together. Across our open-source portfolio, we have over 95,000 GitHub stars and support developers at leading enterprises like Discord, Square, and Mercedes-Benz.

As Coder’s Demand Generation Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our go-to-market initiatives. You will manage the planning and execution of all demand generation programs, driving cross-functional coordination and promoting campaigns across all key marketing channels. You'll be responsible for the project management of campaigns, ownership of our organic social channels, and the management of paid media campaigns and third-party vendor relationships.

This is a highly visible role with opportunities to own and execute high-priority projects critical to Coder’s growth and brand presence.

Key Projects You’ll Own

Driving execution of demand activities for our upcoming brand and product launch:

Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Ops to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time, launch plans are coordinated across channels, and metrics are measured effectively post-launch.

Expanding email nurture campaigns to optimize pipeline generation across key segments:

Collaborate with Content Marketing and Marketing Ops to build new nurture tracks based on buyer journey stages, industry, and persona segmentation.

Creating, managing, and executing an organic social calendar:

Build an editorial calendar aligned with brand priorities, craft organic posts to amplify product releases, blog content, customer stories, and community initiatives.

What you’ll do here

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of demand generation programs — from kickoff to execution and reporting.

  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and any other experimental channels.

  • Own Coder’s organic social strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors supporting paid advertising or other demand efforts.

  • Analyze campaign performance across paid and organic channels, distilling insights and optimization opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

  • Support sales enablement efforts by ensuring seamless lead hand-off and alignment on follow-up strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • 7–10 years of experience in demand gen-related roles.

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Expertise in managing and executing both paid advertising and organic social media strategies.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media platforms, and marketing reporting tools.

Bonus tacos if you have

  • (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)

  • Experience working in both startups and larger organizations

  • A curiosity about the latest tech trends (and what is going on in the world of developer tools)

Interview Process

We believe that the interview process should be consistent and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to get through the interview process in two to three weeks if schedules allow. During this time, you will be able to meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leadership.
