Process Manager

Description

We are looking for a Process Manager with strong ownership and a proactive mindset — someone who doesn't wait for instructions but actively identifies gaps, drives improvements, and takes end-to-end responsibility for the processes under their care. In this role, you will create and improve the efficiency of our existing business processes, evaluate the efficiency and costs of established processes, develop improvement strategies, and facilitate changes. You will also be in charge of updating process documentation, ensuring process governance, and driving cross-functional process improvement across the company.

Responsibilities

Process Governance

• Define process ownership, review cycles, and document lifecycle management.

• Ensure consistency across policies, standards, procedures, and process documentation.

• Monitor compliance with internal governance requirements and process standards.

Policy & Standards Development

• Develop and maintain internal policies, standards, and operational guidelines.

• Transform business requirements into clear and practical company documentation.

• Align internal documentation with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

• Maintain document versioning and change history.

Cross-functional Process Improvement

• Collaborate with Delivery, HR, Finance, Sales, Legal, Information Security, and IT departments to design scalable operational processes.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

• Facilitate workshops and collect business requirements from stakeholders.

Automation & Systems

• Identify opportunities for process automation.

• Design workflows using company systems (Zoho, YouTrack, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Collaborate with technical teams on implementing process improvements.

Process Analytics

• Analyze process performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Prepare reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements (must have)

• 2+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operations, with hands-on experience developing and documenting business processes.

• Project Management Skills.

• Ability to convert business needs into structured processes and documentation.

• Experience writing policies, standards, procedures, and process documentation.

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicting requirements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Thirst to learn.

Requirements (nice to have)

• Intermediate (or higher) English level.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms.

• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).

• Good knowledge of IT industry processes.
