Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working on complex technical products and exposure to distributed systems, databases, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively
