TheSr. Manager - Audit & Riskis a member of theNorth America Operating Unit Supply Chainorganization responsible for assuring that all bottling operations manufacturing for, or on behalf of TheCoca-ColaCompany areproducing products of the highest quality, both safely and sustainably, and in accordance withcompany standards, policies,practices,and procedures.

Prepareandconductindependent, risk-focused,compliance-andsystems-basedauditsofTCCC’sNAOUcompany-owned and co-manufacturing facilitiesforthepurposesof verifying conformance to TCCC’s quality & food safety requirements.
Rigorouslyreviewallsites'keyfoodsafety&qualityperformanceindicatorsforinformation thatfacilitatesand enhances the assessment of business risk, leading to a more effective audit process.
Leverageinvestigativeskillsandtechniquestoquicklyidentifyrisksituationsandareasofnon-conformanceduringthe audits.
Prepare comprehensive,fact-based, auditreportsthat are clear and concise, allowing operationstoaccuratelyaddresstherootcausesofnon-conformancesandthesubsequentdevelopment of effective corrective action plans.
Ensureallrelevantinformationiscapturedaccuratelyandenteredinatimelymannerin the company’sreporting tools.
Assessandprovidefeedbackonthequalityofcorrectiveactionplanstoensurethe effectivecompletion and mitigation of all risks.
Continuouslyseekinsightsandknowledgeonindustrytrendsandtechnologythatwill further improve the organization’s value proposition and performance (for both food safety/quality, as well as from an audit perspective).
Facilitate the development and reporting of organizational metrics that lead to enhanced audit organization/system performance.
What You'll Need
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science,engineering,or related technical field
HACCP Certificationrequired.
ISO 9000 Management system auditor certification,Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalentdesired
Minimum4-6years in an operational quality or food safety role within a leading food or pharmaceutical manufacturing organization
Experience with implementation of quality assurance, quality control and management system programs and activities (e.g.HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000 / 22000, SPC, continuous improvement methodologies etc.)
Demonstrated effective communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
Experience with comprehensive root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Demonstrated examples of use of these tools inthe solving ofquality problems/risk.
Familiarity with and exposure to lean / six sigma tools and methodologies
Understanding the importance of technical governance in delivering a quality product
Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking, logic, patience, reasoning, empathy, continuouslearning,and development
