Requirements
- Enterprise sales experience: 8+ years in B2B sales, including 5+ years selling into and growing enterprise accounts
- A genuine farming pedigree: Demonstrated ability to build trust with large, complex enterprise accounts over time
- Consultative selling strength: Strong discovery skills, value framing, and executive presence
- Pipeline ownership & discipline: Comfortable generating your own pipeline and running a structured process with consistent CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- Commercial acumen: A confident, experienced negotiator with strong stakeholder management and clear, persuasive communication
