Senior Software Engineer

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their technology team and drive quality excellence across commercial real estate technology platforms. The role will lead automation initiatives, mentor junior team members, and ensure applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for global CRE clients.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test frameworks and test suites
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) testing pipelines
• Develop performance, load, and security testing automation strategies
• Establish and maintain testing best practices and standards across development teams
• Lead quality assurance efforts for complex CRE technology solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria
• Perform thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers
• Mentor team members on automation tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Analyze system requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure testability and quality design
• Research and evaluate new testing tools and technologies
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and quality metrics
