Mobile Supervisor

As a Mobile Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating MEP systems, ensuring efficient service visits, and participating in Health and Safety compliance activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition)
• Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency
• Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting and fault finding skills
• elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff
