Taxback is looking for a SEO Specialist to be part of a team that manages global website development, performance and optimisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the traffic and on-site conversion strategy for VisaFirst.com. The candidate will work closely with a team of SEO specialists and the extend Marketing team.

Location: Varna, Bulgaria (Remote or Hybrid)

Contract: Temporary, Maternity Cover

Shift: Day shift (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute on SEO strategy for Taxback websites
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI on organic traffic sources
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign initiatives
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Develop and implement link building strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year work experience in search engine optimisation or a similar digital marketing role
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Proven SEO experience managing local domain, multi-lingual websites
• Attention to detail, ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Strong analytical, project management and time management skills

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Google Analytics certificate will be considered as a strong advantage
• Knowledge of website performance tools including SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and a “makes things happen” mentality
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and ideas
• BS/BA degree preferred.
