Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in writing React code for frontend and Python for backend.
- Strong experience building production web applications with React.js and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux or Zustand) and UI architecture using established patterns and libraries.
- Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainable UI design.
- Proven experience developing application-level backend services with Python and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on work with FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases (especially PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy.
- Familiarity with Redis or similar caching/in-memory data stores.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous programming.
- Basic exposure to real-time communication via WebSockets and SSE.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean code, TDD, Git workflows, containerization/CI-CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
