The Senior Scrum Master position at Cloud Linux, a global leader in innovative cloud and Linux-based solutions, is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving our Agile practices, you will cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This role is integral to a product-driven department, where you will collaborate with multiple small teams within one product domain. • Facilitate a smooth transition to Agile thinking within teams, guiding them towards embracing Agile methodologies.
  • Identify and address team needs and challenges, empowering them to proactively embrace and pursue continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful you should have:

  • Having a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and knowledge of Lean & DevOps principles will give you a huge advantage.
  • Proficient in Agile coaching and facilitation, you will guide teams to achieve self-organization and high performance. You will be responsible for facilitating all types of Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience in effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders concurrently is a must.
  • You are ready to systematically guide the organization and teams through changes and enhancements.
  • You possess the ability to identify and address conflicts before they become obstacles to the team's progress.
  • As a leader, you will lead by example, inspire others, and create a positive and productive work environment.
  • You have an understanding of product thinking and can guide teams towards a business-oriented approach.
  • A broad understanding of software development and delivery processes, including requirements definition and release processes, is required.
  • A technical background with proven experience in Software Development, QA Automation, or similar roles is preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Agile / Scrum certification required.

2. Proven experience in a similar role within a mid-sized or larger product development company.
