We are looking to hire an IT Recruitment Sourcer to assist our IT Recruiters in identifying, sourcing, and engaging with potential candidates for our Research and Development team.
What you will do
- Collaborate and strategize with the IT Recruiter to understand hiring needs and roles
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates using various sourcing tools and techniques
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to initiate conversations and assess their qualifications
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Update and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in screening and evaluating candidate resumes and applications
- Support the interview process by scheduling interviews and providing logistics support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Assist with an HR recruitment branding project
Requirements
- Previous experience as a recruitment sourcer, talent sourcer, or similar role
- Proven experience in conducting effective internet research and sourcing techniques
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to identify suitable candidates
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the recruitment team
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Interest and passion for technology and IT roles
- Experience in the IT industry or technical recruitment is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
