Requirements

About the Role:

As the Head of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our sales team. You will be responsible for optimising our sales processes, enhancing our go-to-market strategy, and maximising revenue generation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, sales training, systems, and revenue analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales operations plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Lead forecasting efforts to accurately predict sales performance and inform resource allocation decisions of both permanent and contract team members.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to empower the sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Implement and maintain sales systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct in-depth revenue analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, technology and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
