Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience building modern web applications (or equivalent Masters/PhD tenure) with React and JavaScript (or TypeScript)
- Strong understanding of UI architecture, state management, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Experience working closely with UX to turn early concepts and prototypes into production-ready interfaces
- A track record of technical leadership on the frontend: setting direction, driving alignment, and helping other engineers grow
- Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and proactively communicate risks or tradeoffs
