Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with hands on Python development experience. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our applications and APIs, as well as using your extensive hands on Python experience to lead and mentor a small team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI Agents using LangChain

• Integrate AI Agents with AI frontend and various backend systems and APIs

• Mentor the team and help them deliver high quality outputs

• Follow standards and practices to ensure the agents can work

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python development skills with microservices experience

• Proven hands-on experience with LangGraph

• Experience with MCP and A2A, or at least working knowledge

• Experience with AI observability platforms such as Langfuse, or at least working knowledge

• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
