Requirements
2+ years experience as a Product Manager
Must have experience with B2B SaaS products
Strong attention to detail across UX, edge cases, and copy
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Customer-first mindset with ability to derive insights from calls, tickets, and research
Ability to write detailed product specs independently
Basic technical understanding (APIs, databases, system design)
Strong organizational skills for tracking bugs, features, and sprints
Responsibilities
Research problems deeply through customer conversations, competitor analysis, and qualitative insights
Write clear, detailed specs covering user flows, edge cases, and copy
Collaborate closely with design to ensure accurate execution
QA features from a customer perspective before release
