E-commerce Coordinator

As an E-commerce Coordinator you'll support the Channel Manager E-commerce in daily activities related to digital sales and optimization of flow and conversion. The ideal candidate excels in designing the digital journey, optimizing customer experience, and driving customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer journeys for digital channels (website & customer portal)
• Utilize UX tests, user feedback, customer and employee interviews, and analysis tools (such as Optisort, Hotjar, CES, and GA/Adobe) to optimize customer experience and increase conversion rates
• Maintain relationships with online retail partners, such as comparison sites
• Collect, analyze, and present KPIs of the online sales channel
• Define necessary developments and improvements for the website and collaborate with the webmaster to implement them
• Analyze competitors and best practices in the industry
• Identify opportunities and obstacles in digital channels and provide recommendations for SEO, SMO, SEA, and other channels
• Facilitate the adoption and expansion of the mobile app and expand the product offering, such as mobile phones and TV sales
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, motivation, and agile methodology skills

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in e-commerce or digital retail environments
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in UX testing and analysis tools, such as Optisort, Hotjar, CES, and GA/Adobe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SEO, SMO, SEA, and other digital marketing channels
• Experience with mobile app adoption and product expansion strategies
• Agile methodology experience is a plus
