Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js/React) at CI&T, working in a multidisciplinary team to develop modern and distributed applications, using main market frameworks and cloud computing solutions, with focus on scalability and performance.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain complex applications, using technologies such as TypeScript, Node, NestJS, React, and Next.js
• Develop modern and distributed applications (microservices), with event-driven architecture, using messaging tools like Kafka and similar
• Influence and support technical decisions, assisting in the management of technical debts and executing refactoring that adds value to the business
• Ensure the quality and stability of applications through DevSecOps processes and automated testing
• Perform code reviews, ensuring the quality of deliveries
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automation of builds, tests, and deploys in cloud environments (AWS)
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Document processes and technical solutions
• Stay up-to-date with new development technologies
• Disseminate knowledge about good software engineering practices and new technologies with the team and client
• Use and disseminate the use of artificial intelligence as a mechanism to accelerate deliveries
