Requirements
- Prepare and manage customer quotes.
- Coordinate sales processes with Sales Force Service Cloud.
- Coordinate with Operations teams and ensure product availability.
- Manage master data tickets and follow up with customers.
- Manage customer & US distributor calls for open balances.
- Run donor and inventory reports.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Track customer and US distributor orders and manage payments.
