United States onlyQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or cybersecurity metrics.
- Experience working in enterprise IT or cybersecurity environments.
- Familiarity with federal frameworks such as NIST RMF, NIST CSF, and FISMA.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Required Certifications
- At least one relevant certification such as:
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) (preferred)
- Certified Data Analyst or similar analytics certification (desirable)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions for cybersecurity operations (SOC/NOC, SCRM, vulnerability management, etc.).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple security tools and enterprise systems.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports on operational performance, KPIs, SLAs, and risk posture.
- Support metrics development aligned to NIST, FISMA, and federal cybersecurity reporting standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Automate reporting processes where possible using scripting or reporting tools.
- Support audit and compliance reporting efforts by generating required artifacts.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support executive-level reporting and briefing materials
