In this role, you will:
- Help shape and mature Centric’s Microsoft Dynamics strategy, sales, and go-to-market approach.
- Ensure high-quality client delivery outcomes
- Oversee complex client programs, from discovery through deployment, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Develop estimates, resource plans, proposals, and Statements of Work for client solutions.
- Support alignment of client offerings with Microsoft solution plays and investment programs.
- Define and execute the Microsoft Dynamics practice strategy aligned with Centric’s growth goals and Microsoft priorities
- Ensure delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices are established and can scale with the practice
- Recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing team of Dynamics consultants, architects and developers
- Act as Solution Architect on the most strategic engagements
- Foster a culture of AI adoption, continuous learning, certification achievement supporting the team’s strategic goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthen relationships with Microsoft teams, and represent Centric at Microsoft events

Knowledge & Experience
- Deep subject matter expertise in Microsoft Dynamics F&O and BC; strong demonstrated ERP implementation and integration experience across multiple mid-market and enterprise clients
- Proven consulting practice leadership, including financial management, business development, and delivery oversight.
- Proven experience managing a team of consulting professionals including providing ongoing performance feedback and development of future leaders.
- Experience in managing client relationships, proposals, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, Microsoft Alliance partnership alignment, and thought leadership.
- 7–10 years in consulting practice management, with a focus on Dynamics ERP/CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentations.
