Role Overview:
The Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, with a focus on Finance & Operations, Project Operations, and other enterprise resource planning modules. This individual will ensure the architecture supports business processes such as financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management, while also meeting compliance and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP modules, cloud architecture, and integration patterns for a secure and scalable implementation.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in system development.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP architecture, implementation, and customization.
- Strong background in enterprise application architecture, cloud computing (Azure preferred), and integrations.
- Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Finance & Operations, Project Operations, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading ERP-driven digital transformation initiatives that optimize enterprise-wide resource management.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Project Operations, etc.).
- Expertise in Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and DevOps pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for enhancing ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial data modeling, supply chain data, data migration strategies, and reporting frameworks.
Methodology & Tools:
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing for ERP applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in ERP solution design and optimization.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams dedicated to ERP solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption across business functions.
