Role Overview:
The Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on customer relationship management (CRM) across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. This individual will ensure that the CRM architecture aligns with business objectives, customer engagement strategies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, integration patterns, and cloud architecture, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in system development.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, implementation, and customization.
- Strong background in enterprise CRM application architecture, cloud computing (Azure preferred), and integrations.
- Experience with large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading customer-focused digital transformation initiatives using Dynamics 365 CRM.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
- Expertise in Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, and DevOps pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for enhancing CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM data modeling, customer data management, migration strategies, and reporting frameworks.
Methodology & Tools:
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing for CRM solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate CRM benefits and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in CRM solution design.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams focused on CRM solutions.
