Requirements
- Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into reporting solutions
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify data irregularities and discrepancies
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
