This is a 2-year, remote, Engineering Support Position at Celestica, focusing on rack/server maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves performing various tasks related to hardware and software testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Candidates will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
Requirements
- Conduct 5S activity and ensure compliance
- Maintain good storage of tools / material and WIP
- Good habit in documentation, familiar with MS Office, keeping records and update tracker / log / WhatsApp to keep engineers and related partners well informed.
- Work on assigned rack/servers per trained method, customer intent documentation and directions from Product /Test / Process and Solution (FE) engineers
- Support Rack test, monitor test status closely and trigger related parties for necessary actions
- Handle test configurations in accordance to customer’s specification and performing software loading
- Daily updates of the orders on the line and keeping the line well maintained and organized.
- Support audit, comply to company rules & regulations
- Feedback to production for WMS issues and work on FPY / DPPM / FID / WMS Kaizen & CR projects
- Raise & Update Tech Direct ticket / email trigger within agreed time
