Role: (Internal) Chief of Staff - Recruitment Firm
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Overlapping US Timezones
Salary Range: Up to Php 85,000.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to the CEO/Founder to provide high-level support and assistance in driving the company's mission and vision forward. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and versatile individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for excellence. This role requires a flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and innovation are key.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor and confidante to the CEO/Founder, providing strategic guidance, managing priorities, and facilitating decision-making processes.
- Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with company objectives.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments, teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and synergy.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry peers.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.
- Leadership Development: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the company, supporting the professional growth and development of team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Experience in the recruitment or outsourcing industry is a plus
