About Catena

Catena is building the universal data infrastructure layer for freight. We sit beneath TMSs, visibility platforms, brokers, fintechs, and marketplaces, normalizing real-time telematics and execution data so platforms can build reliable, automated, decision-grade products without owning telematics complexity themselves.

As we scale our go-to-market motion, we’re hiring a Growth Operations Associate to help build the operational backbone of our revenue engine.

This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and will play a key role in ensuring our pipeline, CRM, and GTM systems run efficiently and accurately.

This is a highly execution-oriented role with real ownership.

Role Summary

The Growth Operations Lead owns the systems and workflows that power Catena’s growth engine. You’ll manage CRM hygiene, inbound lead routing, reporting, and GTM process optimization so our team can focus on closing and expanding enterprise relationships.

You’ll work across Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure data is clean, insights are actionable, and our funnel operates smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations & CRM

  • Own CRM hygiene and data integrity

  • Manage inbound lead routing and SLAs

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting

  • Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and conversion rates

  • Support forecasting and revenue visibility

GTM Systems & Process

  • Improve workflows across marketing, sales, and partnerships

  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest optimizations

  • Support outbound list building and sequencing tools

  • Assist with tooling evaluation and automation setup

Growth Analytics

  • Analyze usage, pipeline, and conversion data

  • Support pricing and packaging analysis

  • Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or B2B SaaS roles

  • Strong comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports

  • Highly organized and execution-focused

  • Clear communicator across cross-functional teams
