At Castelion, we don't just build defense systems - we engineer them with the urgency of a nation's security at stake. Founded by former SpaceX executives, our team embraces hardware-rich development, meaning we validate assumptions through constant testing and real-world iteration rather than endless planning cycles. We reject the traditional defense industry's bloated timelines and cost-plus contracts, instead taking a page from the Apollo era: prototype fast, fail early, and scale rapidly. Our vertical integration approach means we control critical technologies in-house, eliminating supply chain bottlenecks that plague traditional defense primes.

Our culture prizes velocity over hierarchy. When you join Castelion, you'll own critical projects from day one, collaborating across disciplines to solve problems that keep our allies safe. We believe speed and affordability aren't tradeoffs - they're requirements. Here, the best idea wins, whether it comes from a first-year engineer or a seasoned industry veteran. We're building affordable hypersonic weapons at scale, and we're looking for hands-on builders who want their work to matter at the national level, not get lost in layers of bureaucracy. If you thrive on urgency and purpose, this is where you belong.
