Requirements
- ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
