Experienced Functional Specialist - WCA

We are recruiting for Experienced Functional Specialists to carry out Personal Independent Payment assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions across the Midlands and in Wales and on behalf of the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland. The role is remote and available across the UK.

Requirements

• DfC / DWP Approval as a WCA Assessor.
• One year's post-registration experience as a nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor.
• Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, GMC), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A professional, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to undergo BPSS security clearance.
