Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for a Salesforce Data Architect role to join our team. This will be a fully remote opportunity. The Salesforce Data Architect is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with other teams across the business to support our government clients. As a Salesforce Data Architect you will work on full application architecture and development lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in development work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities in Architecture while serving our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Architect, you will:

  • Digest high-level objectives and related requirements and architect the best-practice solutions as it relates to data in Salesforce.
  • Facilitate integration with one or more (but not limited to) these tools: Informatica, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Loader, Pentaho.
  • Understand the Salesforce standard object data model, and quickly glean a custom data model implementation.
  • Leverage all aspects of the expressiveness of SOQL.
  • Utilize integration patterns such as REST/SOAP web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, and middleware.
  • Interpret client functional and informational needs and turn them into data requirements, process models, and active systems.
  • Backup, recover, migrate, archive, and seed all aspects of Salesforce data and metadata;
  • Perform data management services to include data migration, data integration, database
    administration, ETL, business intelligence/analytics creation, and SQL stored procedure scripting.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Salesforce Implementation.
  • Minimum nine (5) years of professional job related experience with an Associate degree or three (3) years with a Bachelor’s degree or with a Master’s degree.
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce implementations and prior staff positions in a Architect role.
  • Salesforce Data Architect Certification.

Nice to have qualification:

  • Relevant certifications from Middleware provider.
