  • Lead the translation of operational needs into structured requirements, user stories, and functional design artifacts.

  • Evaluate gaps between legacy processes and SAP TM capabilities, recommending innovative and scalable solutions.

  • Ensure all designs support auditability, traceability, and compliance within a regulated DoD environment. Testing, Validation & Deployment Support

  • Define and support functional testing strategies, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Validate that configured solutions meet business requirements and operational scenarios.

  • Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and transition to operations. Change Management & Process Adoption

  • Support organizational change efforts by helping stakeholders understand and adopt new transportation processes and system capabilities.

  • Contribute to training materials, user guidance, and process documentation.

  • Identify adoption risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation. Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Monitor post-implementation performance and identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and system usage.

  • Recommend enhancements based on operational data, user feedback, and evolving mission needs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field

  • 8+ years of SAP functional experience, with deep specialization in SAP Transportation Management (TM)

  • Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in large, complex environments

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics operations

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
