Implementation Analyst

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the rollout process of new clients and locations. Key responsibilities include facilitating the rollout and monitoring the progress to ensure timely completion. The role requires strong project management skills and effective team coordination.

This position is remotely based, with anticipated travel 1-2 times per year. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

• Manage Rollout Process: Oversee the entire rollout process, ensuring that all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor Progress: Continuously track the progress of the rollout, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of the rollout process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist and complete Implementation related projects and tasks as needed.

About you:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant Microsoft software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
