Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or machine learning roles, ideally within a tech-enabled, services.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical work into tangible operational/financial impact.
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on leader with the ability to both execute independently and build a scalable team.
- Track record of implementing data science solutions that materially improved business performance.
