We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Duncan Solutions, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account/relationship management, preferably serving government clients, and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires 10+ years of experience in account/relationship management, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively engage with elected officials and senior-level managers within city governments.

- High school diploma or GED required
- 10+ years of experience in account/relationship management
- Ability to effectively engage with elected officials and senior-level managers within city governments
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes
- Ability to manage multi-year contract with local government agencies
- Strong business acumen with experience driving up-sell activities and P&L optimization
- Strong presentation creation and delivery skills
- Willingness to travel, within the State of CA, to meet with clients, prospective clients, and partners and attend industry events
