Requirements
- Design, build, and scale predictive and prescriptive models leveraging AWS-native tools
- Deliver insights that directly improve client outcomes and internal KPIs
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to translate business challenges into data science initiatives
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives including churn prediction, collections optimization, fraud detection, and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with FP&A, BI, and ERP teams to ensure alignment of reporting, forecasting, and operational dashboards
