As a Service Team Manager, you will lead and develop clinicians who deliver mental health support across remote teams. You will support continuous improvement, review demand, and understand customer needs to deliver process improvements. The role involves leading, developing, and motivating a team, and supporting employees with training and development plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience of managing front-line employees
- Experience within a Healthcare customer-focused environment
- Ability to lead, develop, support, motivate and inspire a team
- Experience of principles of continuous improvement and KPI's
- Ability to demonstrate customer-led thinking and empathy
