Requirements
- Completed a BPS accredited degree in Psychology or health-related sciences
- MSc in Psychology, associated therapies or health-related sciences, or experience in a healthcare assessment role
- Strong professional and personal drive
- Empathic, compassionate and responsive
- Trauma-informed approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- IT proficient
- Proven experience of customer service
