Buildout is seeking a Director of Sales, Account Executives to lead a new logo sales team and drive consistent quota attainment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller and 3+ years leading Account Executives in a new logo environment. They should have a track record of improving funnel conversion, strengthening pipeline health, and driving consistent new logo growth through disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller
  • 3+ years leading Account Executives in a new logo environment
  • Experience managing forecast rigor and pipeline health within Salesforce
  • Operational sharpness and experience with data and process discipline to drive predictable outcomes
