We are looking for an AI Business Strategy Manager to lead our transformation into an AI-first organization, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The role involves architecting and leading the enterprise AI implementation strategy, partnering with department heads to streamline workflows, and establishing AI performance governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in AI strategy
  • Deep experience in high-growth Fintech or Crypto environments
  • Fluency in discussing API orchestration, Vector Databases, and Model Context Protocols (MCP) with technical teams
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and lead departments through cultural and technical shifts of AI adoption
  • Professional fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous
