About the Go To Market Manager role:

Reporting into the Consulting organization, this role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your extensive marketing and sales experience to support the success of our Consulting Go To Market program.

In this role, you will develop and execute marketing activities centered on growing Sales Pipeline cross sell opportunities with new and existing Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Supply Chain clients across multiple industry sectors. Focus will be on shaping the larger BSI proposition, building the talk track between business units, assisting the sales team connect the dots into other parts of the organization for lead generation and promoting brand awareness.

Working in a fast-paced environment you will act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. You will develop programs that build on successful client interactions and expand them into the sector and partner with our consultants, digital marketing, trade associations and other vertical industry leaders to execute our strategic and tactical plan.

The GTM Manager will be responsible for the execution of strategic plans and tactics for consulting. With the user experience in mind, this individual will story tell our organization’s value proposition and bring it to life to our client and prospect base. He/she will align Consulting’s practice messaging with our brand position and roll out creative marketing campaigns that connect the dots across our channels to ensure our client’s and prospects have a clear understanding of our service offer. This role will work with a number of stakeholders across teams to ensure flawless execution of the integrated plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the Integrated Marketing plans that support brand marketing objectives and drive profitable growth; Connect the dots across integrated marketing channels to ensure you create a cohesive brand marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with SVP Marketing on Annual Marketing plan development and supporting tactics to deliver on KPIs
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to understand practice /market needs and translate to marketing program
  • Responsible for product/service collateral, case study development as well as other sales enablement tools (website updates) to ensure sales success.
  • Establish and execute on agreed upon marketing campaign cadence.
  • Responsible for excellent storytelling, bringing client stories to life in ways that demonstrate impact.
  • Produce holistic messaging with quarterly content planning, analyze how content is resonating with target market and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with SVP on go to market plan for new service offerings to activate our service presence in the market
  • Develop, manage, track and report marketing ROI on marketing budget to SVP Marketing;
  • Collaborate with external (third party and trade association) partners and digital marketing on paid advertising opportunities and execute with vendors to deliver on plan, roi and budget.
  • Pull frequent marketing performance reports (monthly/quarterly) to track performance against KPIs for lead gen
  • Leverage multiple channels and tactics, ranging from voice of the customer data, market research and insights to market Consulting practice

Requirements for Role:

  • This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience working on sales and/or lead generation campaigns, email marketing, and an understanding of basic digital marketing to collaborate on social media, SEO, webinar and event delivery.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, use of SFDC and Pardot desirable
  • Knowledge of Event Management
  • Knowledge of webinar and registration management
  • Strong writing and editing skills are required.
  • Knowledge and exposure to multiple digital/social marketing tactics across multiple communication channels required
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

The salary for this position can range from $102,000 to $140,250 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
