Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Trust
Location: Mexico- Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

BSI is looking for a strategic and experienced Business Development Manager – Digital Trust to maintain and grow relationships with key large customers while expanding into new accounts. You will drive sales of BSI’s Digital Trust portfolio, which includes information security, privacy, and business continuity assurance services.

In this role, you will lead account planning, meet sales targets, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-value solutions that meet customer needs. You will also represent BSI in industry associations and events across Mexico.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with large, strategically important clients.

  • Achieve sales targets by growing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with BSI’s global marketing, product development, and delivery teams.

  • Lead solution development and coordinate internal teams to meet client requirements.

  • Manage sales forecasting and maintain accurate CRM data.

  • Participate in industry events and associations to promote BSI’s Digital Trust offerings.

  • Support sales efforts across the Americas and multi-site account management.

  • Provide high-level contract and relationship management to ensure client retention and growth.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in information security, privacy, financial sector or business continuity sectors.

  • At least 5 years of solutions sales and business development experience.

  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and manage complex accounts.

  • Preferred experience selling audit or assessment solutions in a professional services environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
