We're seeking a talented Web Developer & Integration Specialist to join our dynamic startup team and help build the future of business management platforms. You'll be instrumental in creating sophisticated API integrations and Zapier automations that connect multiple business applications into a unified, powerful system. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated Zapier integrations and API connections across multiple business platforms
- Create intelligent automation workflows with conditional logic ("if this happens, do this" functionality)
- Build robust backend interfaces that seamlessly connect scheduling, invoicing, customer service, sales, and accounting systems
- Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, particularly AI applications and emerging business tools
- Integrate new applications and technologies into the existing platform as they become available
- Collaborate closely with the founder through interactive co-working sessions during the exciting startup phase
- Perform data entry and system management tasks for client implementations as needed
- Potentially assist with sales activities and client interaction based on your skills and interests
- 3-5 years of hands-on web development experience with a proven track record
- Strong expertise in API development, integrations, and connecting diverse business applications
- Proficiency with Zapier automation platform and workflow creation
- Experience with business software integrations (QuickBooks, Slack, CRM systems, etc.)
- Research skills and passion for staying current with emerging technologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities
- Interest in expanding beyond pure development into virtual assistant and client-facing activities
