Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday 11:30am - 1:30pm
Client Time zone: EST
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain multiple separate calendars (6-7) with strict confidentiality between organizations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and commitments across different business entities
- Handle email communications and respond to scheduling requests on behalf of the executive
- Perform various online administrative tasks and errands
- Process time-sensitive communications and ensure prompt responses
- Assist with schedule optimization and time management
- Coordinate and suggest alternative meeting times when scheduling conflicts arise
- Handle basic online payment processing and billing tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong calendar management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and calendar management software
- Experience with remote access tools like TeamViewer
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
