This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday 11:30am - 1:30pm
Client Time zone: EST


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple separate calendars (6-7) with strict confidentiality between organizations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and commitments across different business entities
  • Handle email communications and respond to scheduling requests on behalf of the executive
  • Perform various online administrative tasks and errands
  • Process time-sensitive communications and ensure prompt responses
  • Assist with schedule optimization and time management
  • Coordinate and suggest alternative meeting times when scheduling conflicts arise
  • Handle basic online payment processing and billing tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong calendar management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and calendar management software
  • Experience with remote access tools like TeamViewer
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
