Job Description
Take on an integral role as a bilingual virtual receptionist in a professional legal environment where you’ll be the vital link between potential clients and experienced attorneys. You’ll handle incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure smooth communication flow in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Manage appointment scheduling using Google Calendar, coordinating between clients and attorneys
- Handle response calls from marketing campaigns, ensuring each potential client receives prompt, professional attention
- Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and appointment requests
- Coordinate with attorneys to optimize their consultation schedules
- Process incoming inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Ensure seamless communication flow between clients and legal team
- Manage virtual phone systems to maintain consistent coverage during business hours
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual abilities in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous experience in virtual reception, customer service, or related field
- Strong proficiency with Google Calendar and basic computer applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn virtual phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with team
