Social Media Specialist (ZR_23421_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 1 PM to 6 PM Michigan time

Total Weekly Hours: 10 hours

This role gives you the freedom to develop and manage social media strategies on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the founder to build a strong online presence and create engaging content that inspires and connects with followers. It’s a great chance to combine creativity and strategy while helping the brand grow.

• Design and implement innovative social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok

• Create compelling, original content aligned with our therapeutic and wellness focus

• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms

• Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize engagement and growth

• Proactively identify trends and opportunities in the wellness space

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure content aligns with the brand vision

• Build and nurture community engagement across platforms

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns

• Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and TikTok best practices

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Ability to translate complex topics into engaging social content
