About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing team at NAX Capital. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to execute a cohesive social media presence across multiple accounts, platforms and audience types, blending publishing rigour with platform-savvy interaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our publishing cadence, leveraging pre-prepared content, engaging with partners and audiences, and curating or producing occasional original content that fits within our brand voice and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Management & Scheduling
○ Manage and maintain a publishing calendar across multiple social media accounts
○ Publish pre-approved content on time and in the right format for each platform
● Content Creation & Curation
○ Curate relevant third-party content (articles, news, thought leadership) that aligns with brand themes
○ Assist in creating supplementary content (quotes, carousels, polls, etc.) where gaps are identified
● Engagement & Community Interaction
○ Monitor and report on engagement across all social platforms
○ Interact with followers, influencers, partners, and key accounts (likes, comments, DMs, reposts)
○ Execute engagement strategies to grow relevant audiences across priority accounts
● Multi-Account Coordination
○ Manage the social presence for:
■ The Founder’s personal brand (Chay Nakash)
■ Other key team members (e.g., Chief Analyst)
■ The official NAX Capital brand account
■ An educational sub-brand account
● Social Selling (Optional / Under Direction)
○ Collaborate with the founder or marketing advisor to execute social selling strategies
○ Assist in outreach, content positioning, and building relationships with potential clients via social media platforms
Requirements
Requirements: ● 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (brand and/or personal)● Excellent written English and ability to match tone of voice across different personas
● Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, Canva, or native platform tools
● Comfortable working across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram and others as needed
● Understands social media best practices, including audience growth, algorithm awareness, and community dynamics
● A self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Desirable (Not Essential) Requirements:
● Experience in or understanding of digital assets, crypto, fintech, or capital markets
● Familiarity with content repurposing and basic creative asset editing (Canva, Figma, etc.)
● Prior experience working in a remote, fast-moving team environment
What Success Looks Like in 3–6 Months
● A consistent and professional publishing cadence is maintained across all accounts
● Audience engagement and reach are steadily growing
● Key stakeholders feel their social presence is well-managed and reflective of their voice
● Early traction on social selling or partnership interactions is visible
● Minimal input is required to manage and maintain the content process
