Responsibilities
- Drive social media strategy and growth across multiple platforms
- Create engaging social media content and craft compelling captions
- Monitor and engage with audience comments and messages
- Identify and implement posting schedules during peak engagement times
- Track and analyse social media metrics and growth patterns
- Manage and organize email communications effectively
- Prioritize and categorise incoming correspondence
- Draft and send professional email communications
- Conduct outreach to music industry contacts, venues, and artists
- Participate in weekly team check-ins
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized documentation and communication systems
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management with a strong portfolio (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage online communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience with email management and professional correspondence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Music industry experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Available for weekly team check-ins
- Portfolio of previous social media work required
