This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities:
- Manage business owner’s inbox and daily communications
- Implement and optimize Mailchimp customer nurturing campaigns
- Create and manage social media content using job photos and customer stories
- Develop customer journey mapping and engagement strategies
- Coordinate with field teams to capture customer photos and testimonials
- Support lead qualification and initial customer communications
- Create annual customer follow-up campaigns and retention programs
- Assist with general marketing administration and campaign tracking
Scopes:
- Support marketing efforts for multi-division electrical contracting company
- Manage customer database and engagement for existing client base
- Coordinate with operations team to leverage job completion for marketing
- Work closely with business owner and his wife’s marketing agency background
- Focus on customer retention and referral generation rather than new lead acquisition
Requirements
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
- Social media management and content creation skills
- Strong written communication for customer-facing content
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and nurturing sequences
- Ability to work with field teams to gather marketing materials
- Experience with lead qualification and customer communications
- Knowledge of marketing automation and campaign optimization
