- Full time; 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, CHS / Guam Time zone, with 1-hour unpaid break
About the Role
Join a respected law firm as a Legal Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for the firm, managing client communications and providing essential administrative support while working entirely remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls via Ooma VoIP system, efficiently directing prospective clients to appropriate legal team members
- Maintain meticulous records of existing client calls and ensure follow-up within one business day
- Respond to online chat inquiries with professional, knowledgeable responses following established scripts and protocols
- Screen potential new client inquiries and assist new client callers with booking or scheduling their online consultations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure seamless client experience from first contact through case completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach
- At least 1 year previous experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or customer service (legal industry experience highly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures while exercising good judgment
- Proficiency with VoIP systems (Ooma experience a plus) and online chat platforms
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the firm positively in all interactions
