JOB DESCRIPTION: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Scope:
- 20 hours per week
- Remote work
- Focus on US market research state by state
- Direct reporting to client management
- Collaboration with existing sales team
- No direct sales responsibilities
- Performance-based incentives possible
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential hemp industry customers state by state
- Create and maintain comprehensive prospect lists
- Verify decision-maker contact information (email and phone)
- Screen contacts against do-not-call lists
- Validate and qualify potential leads
- Maintain and update lead database
- Support existing sales team with qualified prospect information
Requirements
- Strong research and data gathering skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in database management
- Good organizational skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Computer literacy and internet research capabilities
